After the defeat against Afghanistan in the Asia Cup, Bangladesh Cricket Board or BCB officials summoned Captain Mushfiqur Rahim and Coach Shane Jorgenson on Sunday.
They have expressed dissatisfaction in the team's commitment, dedication, and professionalism on Saturday’s match.
BCB spokesman Jalal Yunus told the BBC that the coach and the captain were asked about that result. The board told that they were doing everything for the team but why it was happening like that.
It is decided in the meeting to show 'zero tolerance' for the warmth and professionalism of some players of the team. BCB also said that would not hesitate to place them with another player if it is needed.
Mr. Yunus said that the captain and the coach concur with the Board.
The captain and coach said that they had already spoken separately with some players and alerted them regarding their performance.
Coach Jargensawn has already alleged that he did not see some players trying to implement the strategy which was set before the match.
However, BCB spokesman said that due to injuries it could not be possible to move the team with full strength.
However, for the withdrawal of the ban, Shakib Al Hasan will return in the match with Pakistan on Tuesday.
It is heard from the Board, due to injury; Shohag Gaziwill is replaced by Mahmudullah Riyad.
