The case has been confronted between Malaysia Airlines and Boeing Company of America for the incident of missing aircraft.
Legal Assistance Providing Agency “Ribbeck Law” informed that the families of missing passengers have filed the indictment in a court of the State of Illinois of United States. This Chicago based agency has represented the families. In the indictment, it is requested to gather the evidence of error that might have been made in the construction and design of the plane.
“Ribbeck Law," said that it was assumed that through the court indictment, Malaysia Airlines and Boeing Company were going to pay billions of dollars as compensation.
Ribbeck Law’s chief lawyer Monica Kelly said, lawyers considered that two defendant companies are responsible for the tragic fate of flight MH 370. The indictment has been filed on behalf of a mother of a missing passenger, January Siregar. Kelly said, other companies involved with making the design and construction of various parts of Boeing 777 will also be sued.
MH 370, the Beijing en route plane was missing on the first moment of last 8 March. After one hour to fly from Kuala Lumpur, the plane lost contact with control tower with 239 passengers. After the international checking around 16 days, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak announced on last 24 March that the flight had been crashed in the South Indian Ocean.
