Narendra Damodar Das Modi India’s 15th Prime Minister. This politician elected India’s 14th Prime Minister by giving leadership in the Bhartiya Janta Party and winning the majority in the sixteenth general election in 2014. He is currently holding the post of Gujarat's 14th Chief Minister, but to take the post of Prime Minister, he is retiring from the chief minister's post.

Modi is a member of a Hindu organization called the National Volunteer Association and like the media and witty people, he declared himself as a Hindu nationalist.

In 2002, his administration was criticized for the riot in Gujrat; he is known as a controversial person in India and abroad for this, but he has been praised for his financial policies of formatting supportive environment to increase Gujrat’s economic environment. On the other hand, he is criticized for the disability of his management on making a formative influence in developed Manpower.

Early life and Education

Narendra Modi was born on 17th September 1950 in the lower caste family called Teli at the place called Ghanchi of Mahesana district of Bombay Presidency (Gujrat state).  He was the third son of his parent’s six children. His father’s name is Damodar Das Mulchand Modi, and mother’s name is Hiraben Modi.  He used to help his father in selling tea at the Baranagar Railway Station and after that, he sold tea near a bus stand with his brother. He completed his school’s study in this city as a general student.

According to the rules of the Ghanchi community, Modi’s parents decided he marry in his boyhood. At the age of thirteen, his marriage was fixed with a girl called Jashodaben Chimanlal and at the age of eighteen, their marriage ceremony is completed. They stayed together for a very short time, and Modi decided to follow the life of a traveler and got separated. According to the biographer of Modi, Nilanjan Mukherjee, the marriage never broke. While promoting for the past four elections Modi declared him unmarried. In 2014’s general election’s nomination paper, he admitted Jashodaben as his lawful wife.

It’s not known anything special about Modi’s two years traveling life. After two years, he came back and started a business of selling tea again. After that, he joined as an employee in the canteen of Gujrat state’s road and Transport Corporation until he joined the National Volunteer Association as a Publisher in 1970. This time he came in contact with the Jana Sangha leader Basant Gajendragarkar and Nathalal Jagda. After the training in Nagpur city, he was given the responsibility of the council of student wings of Akhil Bhartiya Scholars. That time he was graduated from the Delhi University in Political Science and received his Master's Degree from the University of Gujrat.
